The rules of the tournament are fairly simple. It is a WA tournament at 18 meters with finales.
The categories
Due to the limited space, only two bow categories are eligible, recurve and compound. There is also a gender distinction (male and female). No age categories are planned.
If one gender category doesn’t have at least 6 participants, the payout will be reduced to the top 2 or first only.
The schedule
Morning: qualification rounds
The qualification is run as two (2) series of ten (10) ends of 3 (3) arrows, shot in AB/CD rhythm.
As most of the tournaments shot in Luxembourg now, each end will be shot in 90 seconds.
There will be three ends of practice.
Afternoon: finales
The finales are shot in either cumulative (compound) or set (recurve) systems.
All matches will be shot in 90 seconds per end.
There will be two ends of practice before the match, and extra adjustments will be provided if byes are required.
Only the top 16 of each category accesses the finales (starting 1/8th)
